How Long is a typical course?

Most courses feature 60 -120 minutes of video content & can be finished in 4 - 8 hours including actionsteps

Do I get a certificate?

Absolutely! Upon completion of a course you get a PDF certificate stating the course content & skills learned

Are the courses self-paced?

100 %. Stream lessons on demand and re-watch them whenever you like - there are no live deadlines

How long do I keep access?

Lifetime access to courses purchased individually, subscription model access typically lasts one year

Is everything in English?

All Skillpolymerase courses are provided in English, future updates may include the option for additonal languages

Can i get a free course preview?

Each course page has a free first lesson preview & a full syllabus so you can see exactly what’s inside

Do you offer refunds?

We want you to be happy - if you are not satisfied with a courset send us a mail and we find a solution

Can my lab or institute get licences?

Yes! All-access and bundle licenses are available for labs, institutes & individuals. Contact us for a quote

Do I need fancy software for courses?

For most courses not - in case specific tools are required this is clearly stated on the course description page

How does content quality control work?

Every course is tested with a beta cohort and must rate ≥ 4.5/5 to go live, ensuring that only premium content makes it to the platform

How often do you release new courses?

We keep adding new courses on a regular basis, prioritising topics voted on by the community

Can I learn offline?

Videos stream are available only online, but additional material can be downloaded for offline use.

Are there prerequisites?

Each course page lists requirements. Beginner modules assume basic Master student level

Can I track my progress?

Absolutely! Your personal dashboard shows percentage-complete for every course you’ve started and all unlocked certificates

Is there a community?

Each course has a seperate discussion forum where you can swap tips with peers and ask instructors follow-up questions
